6. What is a State(Regional) Representative?

A State(Regional) Representative is usually a church within one of the 50 United States. One goal of the ministry is to expand this to all 50 states. Another goal is to find and expand this to an international level and depending on the size of the geographical region, find and appoint one or more international representatives.
A State/Regional Representative, nationally or internationally, acts for and supports a specific geographic region. Within this region, the representative would train other churches and would follow-up with them on their progress. In addition, the representative would be responsible for overseeing other trainers within the same geographic region.
7. How does one become a State(Regional) Respresentative?

You must be trained and become certified on the Global Discipling Ministry System.
8. What are the benefits of being a State(Regional) Representative?

As you train, you will receive compensation from your training and follow-up. Also, you will have discounts on materials used by the churches.
9. How can I become a Financial Partner?

You can be one of two types of a Financial Partner: a) you can give a one time donation or b) you can give recurrinlgy on a periodic basis, such as monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. In either case, the funds are needed in many different areas to help run and expand this mission for making disciples.
As a Financial Partner we will reveal our budget to you so that you will know where the funds are being applied. You can either give a) to the General Fund to be directed as needed or b) to a specific fund used for a specific cause.
10. How can I become a Translator?

To become a Translator you would need to speak and write English well and be a gifted native speaker and a long-time missionary in a specific geographic region.
This position is not totally a volunteer role for the primary reason that a volunteer, although great, usually does not accomplish the task on a timely basis. Therefore, GCGDMinistries plans to compensate you as a translator, which allows GCGDMinistries to ask for and set a reasonable timetable for accomplishing the translation task. Depending on each geographic location's economic status, a timetable and price are mutually agreed. Then you would be paid by GCGDMinistries one third of the price upfront and the remainder upon completion of the translation task.
GCGDMinistries has found that the best method for accomplishing a given translation is to locate a coordinator for each language group. This person would be a translator too and would be assigned the responsibility of directing the other translation team members.
11. What is the difference between a Team Member and a Staff Person?

A Team Member is an individual who works directly for GCGDMinistries as the person who travels, trains, and opens up new works around the world. Essentially, s/he is a missionary who must raise his/her own support.
A Staff Person is an individual who works under the leadership of GCGDMinistries in the role of helping keep the office functioning such as administrative work, printing, website upkeep, and so forth.
These two roles are not mutually exclusive. A Team Member can be a Staff Person and vice versa.
